Featured Items:
- Kelley Coffeen, associate professor in the Fashion Merchandising and Design program, now oversees the café with a team from Family and Consumer Sciences. Coffeen’s plans include ramping up the café’s retail offerings over the upcoming months. Her goal is to turn the café into a one-stop shop for coffee, pastries and gifts. (2024, April 17)
- New Mexico State University’s Family and Consumer Science Department, in partnership with the TRIO Upward Bound program, held a weeklong camp for Hatch Valley High School students this summer. (2024, July 17)
