Brigit O’Donnell is a Registered Dietitian who received her Master’s degree in Nutrition & Health Promotion from Simmons University.  She earned Bachelor of Science degrees in both Biology and Human Nutrition & Food Science from New Mexico State University.  Brigit has experience working in clinical nutrition, community nutrition, nutrition consulting, and private practice.  She loves the field of Dietetics because it offers a wide variety of interesting career opportunities and many rewarding ways to improve the health of individuals, communities, and the environment.  Brigit also enjoys teaching and mentoring students who have chosen to pursue a career in nutrition and dietetics.  Her practice interests include pediatric & family nutrition, behavior change, and holistic wellness.
